Destination Letterkenny Tourism is a voluntary organisation that works with North West Tourism and other official tourism bodies to promote Letterkenny, Donegal and the North West. It produces a brochure that is distributed to Tourist Information offices throughout Ireland, airports, accommodation providers and various centres in Northern Ireland.

Letterkenny Chamber performs all the administrative duties for Destination Letterkenny Tourism and also provides the staff who attend travel shows and promotions throughout UK, Ireland and in mainland Europe. Destination Letterkenny also works in co-operation with Limavady tourism to promote Ireland's North West and has produced informative brochures promoting events, accommodation and leisure in the region.

Destination Letterkenny Tourism committee is made up of representatives from Letterkenny Chamber, Letterkenny Town Council and various tourism providers.
